This Club is for you.
The Mindful Muscle Club is a 3-month live online cohort
for midlife and peri/post menopausal women who don’t love fitness environments
but know they need to do strength work.
I’m gathering together people just like you – women who have never worked out (or not in a long time) and don’t know where to start – who are concerned about their current strength level.
Women who want structure, a clear path and loving community as they learn strength training that works for their bodies.
If you want to get stronger, build your bones, and improve your physical and mental health safely, this is the place.
The Mindful Muscle Club is back for round three

Two Live Weekly Workouts: Tues and Thurs, 8 am PT. Can’t make it? All classes are recorded.
Two Weekly Recordings: 1 mini workout + 1 short recovery. Work or rest? You decide
Monthly Live Sesh: Live session w/ me: Q/A & individual attention. Recorded
Step By Step Together
We’re going to go through this 3-month process together. I’m going to hold your hand and walk through every bicep curl. And you’ll be initiated into a community of women just like you, so you never have to do this alone again.
You’ll have all the info you need to get started and progress safely. We’ll go step by step so you feel taken care of.
No smelly gyms. No self-consciousness. It's all online, in the comfort of your own home.
And in just three months, you’ll be able to see the difference consistency makes in your life, rather than trying different exercise routines that don’t stick.
At the end of three months:
You’ll notice that 20 lb bag of dog food or potting soil is not so heavy.
You can take the stairs without being so winded.
You have more confidence walking or hiking on uneven surfaces.
You’ll have new friends who speak your language.
You’ll feel more steady and your balance will be better.
You’ll feel muscles you thought your body had forgotten about.
A Summer Club
Like the best kind of Summer Camp. Traveling? Great, bring your iPad. Missed a workout? Nbd – the recording is up withing 30 minutes after class. Want to chill? Aim for 80% of the workouts. No myth of perfection here.
You'll be with the same group – your own Club Cohort. You'll start together and watch each other grow over these three months. We will laugh at ourselves and cheer each other on.
We start in June and you graduate as summer is winding down. It fits into the cycle of your year and has a rhythm, rather than trying to fit in random classes here or there. The small group and personal support from me ensures you won't get lost or it won't be another course you don't use.
The flexibility of remote workouts, the gradual increase in weights, the feedback on how/why the exercises help in daily life and what they do, the one on one feedback via email or zoom as I could not attend the workouts live very often -- I got so much out of this!
