10 minutes to feel relaxed about the holidays

There was so much great feedback about last week's Anxiety Interruption Trick that I thought I'd share another tool. 


This one is for you if you are feeling any amount overwhelmed by the holidays, if you are anxious about something coming up, or this season is challenging in general.

If that describes you, this 10 minutes could change everything.


I've been having feelings of being behind this month. Usually, I have a lot more done by now. Instead, my list is long and the days are marching by.

When I take a moment to remember this exercise, I feel instantly relaxed and I can do the next task with trust and grace.

In this video, I go over the technique and we do it together on the spot.
