I’m Michelle. I’ve been teaching yoga and strength for 25+ years to women who want to feel stronger, steadier, and more at home in their bodies without being told to hustle, push harder, or become a whole new person. 

My work is slow, smart, honest, and very much not about “fixing” yourself.
